Steve Gargiulo, CPA

Born in Queens and raised in East Northport, Steve graduated from Northport High School and received his Bachelors in accounting from Hofstra University.

After a stint as a Manhattan District Revenue Agent, he left the Government upon passing the CPA exam and went to work for a large Long Island CPA firm. In 1992 he started his own accounting firm where he specializes in tax preparation, business accounting and resolving IRS problems. His firm has been in the Town of Smithtown since 1995 and has been located on Smithtown Blvd. in Nesconset since 2001.

 In 1998 he moved with his wife and two children to Nesconset and has become very involved in the community. He is the president of the Nesconset Chamber of Commerce, a trustee of the Smithtown Historical Society, and a member of the American Institute of CPAs, the New York State Society of CPAs, and the IRS Relation Committee of the New York State Society of CPAs.
