My wife, Barbara and I are parishioners of St. Patrick's Roman Catholic Church in Smithtown.
We share seven children and sixteen grandchildren. Since retiring from the Police Department, I have maintained a law practice in the Town of Smithtown for over 34 years.
I have served as an Arbitrator in the District Court since the inception of the program over 25 years ago.
I serve as Counsel to the Town of Smithtown Planning Board. I am a registered member of the Conservative Party, initially registering in 1964 and the present Vice Chairman of the Smithtown Conservative Committee. I am a member of the Suffolk County Bar Association and voluntarily serve on the Client – Attorney Fee Dispute Committee and as a Judge of the New York State Bar Association's High School Moot Court program. I also serve as a Volunteer attorney for Catholic Charities. I am the President of the Retired Superior Officers' Association of the New York City Police Department.
I am the past President of the Western Suffolk Basketball Officials Association, where I have been officiating Suffolk County High School basketball games for 45 years. I play softball with the Smithtown Bulls Senior Softball team. |
